This shot was taken on a tree branch after the first rain storm of spring of 2018. This shot particularly caught my eye because out of all the tree branches this one had a drop of water actually frozen to a branch with seedlet's on the end of the tree itself. Capturing this shot was almost like writing a story down consisting of life and death. The frozen drop of water symbolized death in the main idea that the seedlet represented life, both competing against each other. As the frozen drop clings to the seedlet it slowly kills the seedlet, but against all odds the seedlet must grow and bloom itself to finish its cycle of life.
